Grünbau Green Construction Technological Company was established in August 2018, headquartered in Jinan City, Shandong Province. It was jointly invested by Weifang Lingchao Investment Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Grünbau Technological Co., Ltd. with registered capital 100 million yuan. Grünbau boasts 320 Chinese acres of land planning, with first phase 180 acers and investment 638 million yuan following.

Shandong EAA Super Energy Efficient Green Building Institute, funded by Grünbau, recruits professional experts from Europe and America to conduct activities ranging from passive house certification, standards drafting, economical appraisal, consulting, and passive architectural design etc.

With vision of “accelerating the buildings to achieve zero energy-consumption, and providing people with a comfortable living environment", Grünbau actively explores in the field of green buildings and is committed to the research and production of super energy-efficient building materials by introducing advanced equipment from Europe. Its capacity could reach 6 million square meters, generating 1.8 billion Yuan per year.
