Later on November 24th, 2020, Pan Chao, Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Hong Tai Group, Chairman and President of Hong Tai Industrial Investment, accompanied by other 5 people including Zhang Yijun, rotating President of Hong Tai industrial Investment, took a trip to  Grünbau. During the inspection, Zhang Xiaoling, director of Beijing Kang-Ju Construction Parts Certification Center, was invited to attend this inspection activity. The chairman of  Grünbau, together with the company's top managers extended warm greetings to all the guests.

    Li briefed the company’s overall operations to the guests. She said that Grünbau plant will be the world’s first positive energy factory built in the real sense of an ultra-low energy consumption green building system. The solar panels installed on the roof can not only meet the electricity demand from the factory, but the excess electricity can be sent to the national grid. Incorporating solar panels into the construction of plants will reduce 1800 tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually.

    Zhang Xiaoling gave a detailed interpretation of this EPS ICF to the guests. She highlighted that the use of this system can not only reduce manpower and save materials in the construction process, but also the construction accuracy can be delicately controlled, greatly reducing the construction error. Afterwards, Pan Chao had an in-depth exchange with  Grünbau on passive building systems. He said under the backdrop of China vigorously advocating prefabricated buildings,  Grünbau system is innovative, in line with the national green concept of energy conservation and emission reduction, and the harmonious coexistence of man and nature. We look forward to more cooperation with Grünbau in the field of green buildings.
