Later on November 19th, 2020, Zheng Deyan, member of the Jinan Municipal Standing Committee and deputy mayor of Jinan, inspected Grünbau. Zhang Xiaoling, director of Beijing Kang-Ju Construction Parts Certification Center，was invited to attend this event. Zhao Li, chairman of Grünbau, along with other top managers, extended warm greetings to the visiting guests.

    Different from the lackluster and bleak natural scenery outdoor, in the Grünbau factory, it is showing a busy scene. Grünbau’s first production line has been fully commissioned, and the first batch of trial products is off the line.

    Zheng Deyan checked the production equipment, raw materials, technical process, and installation of panels. Li introduced in detail the progress of our factory, history of our first batch of products and sample house construction. Afterwards, Zhang Xiaoling explained this formwork system from the perspective of Passive House and emphasized its outstanding strength compared to other traditional construction materials.

    After listening carefully to the presentation, Zheng Deyan pointed out that Jinan is actively building a green building cluster, and aims to create a green city demonstration zone, which will incorporate an entire building life cycle concept ranging from green design, green building materials, green smart construction, green low-carbon operations, green infrastructure, green consumption and green life. Grünbau ICFs, as an important element in passive houses, must continuously optimize and improve its technology, firmly control product quality, and establish relevant technical construction standards and specifications as soon as possible. Besides, Grünbau must highlight its unique advantages, accelerate the pace of market promotion and application, if necessary, organize construction symposiums and other forms of discussion to answer the public questions on this system. Hopefully, Grünbau will weather all different climates in the market, becoming much better and stronger.
